Rolf is a managing partner at AlpinumLaw. He is an experienced Swiss attorneyat-law with over 25 years professional experience in corporate and investment law. Rolf is an experienced TechLawyer, entrepreneur, advisor, and board member with particularly deep expertise in TechLaw (blockchain, digital assets, DeFi), corporate, and contract law. For over 16 years he served as a director in the insurance industry in Switzerland. He also has an extensive long-lasting experience as Chief Executive of SME and in management positions in corporates. With decades of professional experience at the intersection of economics, innovative technologies, and law/ compliance he possesses an in-depth understanding of technology-related business models and ecosystems.
