Nadia is a Legal Consultant at AlpinumLaw. She focuses on corporate law matters and contract law in the blockchain space. Nadia completed her business law studies at the School of Management and Law (ZHAW) and is currently in her master's studies at the University of Lucerne, with focus on corporate and competition law.

Nadia has an extensive experience as an in-house legal counsel in corporates in the blockchain space. In the past, Nadia also worked in a law boutique for startups and investors. With this experience, she advices her clients on various corporate law matters, such as incorporation, financing, and corporate governance, as well as trademark and employment law.
